By booking a reservation at The Woodford Hotel, guests agree to the following terms:

Reservation Requirements

A reservation is confirmed once valid payment information is provided and authorization is approved. The booking guest must be at least 21 years old.

Variable Cancellation Policies

Cancellation policies differ by room, suite, and rate type. The applicable policy is displayed on the individual listing page, shown during checkout before payment is submitted, and automatically applied at time of booking. By submitting payment, the guest accepts the specific policy presented at checkout.

Payment Authorization

Guests authorize The Woodford Hotel and Authorize.Net to charge the provided payment method for nightly rates, taxes and fees, incidentals or damages, excessive cleaning fees, and any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks that contradict the cancellation or refund policy may be disputed. Proof of acceptance at checkout will be provided.

Guest Conduct

Guests must follow all posted rules, maintain the property responsibly, and respect check-in and checkout times. The booking guest is responsible for any damages or policy violations.

Policy Changes

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect regulatory or business changes.
