What time is Check In and Check Out

Check in time begins at 3:30 PM. If you would like an earlier check in, please contact us as soon as possible when booking. Early check ins are dependent upon availability.

Check out is at or before 11 AM. If you would like more time on the day of your departure, please contact us the night before so we may accommodate your request.

How Many Guests Can You Host?

We can sleep up to 24 guests in a single stay if each room is booked - check out our "Ultimate Privacy" package. We also have many other options for smaller groups all the way down to just 1 guest.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

All suiites and packages have a different cancellation policy that is displayed on the booking before you confirm a reservation.

Is It Noisy?

Yes and no. We are in a downtown with walkable restaurants and bars. The majority of our guest are very respectful of other guests, and our policy is to remove anyone who creates a noise nuisance for other guests.

How Many Suites Do You Have?

We have 8 individual suites to choose from and 1 tota package to pick from.

What Cleaning Service Do You Use?

The Standard Cleaning Service adheres to industry standard cleaning practices to ensure your suite is spotless when you arrive. Our professional, trained cleaning staff sanitze all surfaces for everyone's protection. We change all linens and towels after every stay, even if they aren't used.  In order to provide the best quality control we do all our linens in house.

How Far Are You From The Airport?

We are approximately 10 minutes from Lexington Airport and 18 minutes from downtown Lexington.

What Is Your Pet Policy?

We have a strict no pet policy. If pets are brought on the property, the guest will be asked to leave with no refund of the stay and forfeit their damage deposit.

How Do You Provide A Great Guest Experience?

We obsess over delivering a seamless, stress-free check-in.  Our polished suites and unique atmosphere ensure you'll want to leave a 5 star review, and come back again soon.Before every stay, we stock your suite(s) with basic toiletries, paper goods, and cleaning supplies, so you have everything they need. After a stay, we encourage guests to leave a review. And if anything wasn’t up to par, we communicate with the guests and our local teams to make things right for next time.
