Damage and Responsibility Policy
By booking a reservation, guests accept financial responsibility for property damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, unauthorized guests, smoking or rule violations, and misuse of hotel amenities. Charges for damages or violations will be applied to the payment method on file through Authorize.Net. Guests authorize these charges at the time of booking. Documentation or photographs may be provided upon request. Failure to comply with property rules may result in additional fees or removal from the premises without refund.
